Here's a neckpiece I made in 2007. As soon as I saw the faceted blue moonstone drop at the gem merchants I knew exactly what I wanted to make with it. I teamed it up with some blue ceylonese sapphires to create this bird. I still think that blue moonstone drop is just stunning. It lives in a private collection.I think I'm getting the hang of this blogging. I've got heaps of images of work that I want to post but I think I better go and do the dishes or something otherwise I could be here all day...
